Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking details.

Please note:

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

  • During peak demand or restocking periods, processing may take slightly longer.

  • We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected service.

  • Standard U.S. Shipping (3–7 business days): Flat rate or automatically calculated by carrier.

  • Expedited Shipping (1–3 business days): Available for an additional charge.

  • Free Shipping: May be offered during special promotions, as indicated on the website.

All shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.

3. Domestic Shipping (United States)

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
Delivery times vary depending on location and carrier performance.

Please verify that your shipping address is complete and accurate. Terrancient Corp is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

4. International Shipping

We offer limited international shipping to select countries where importation of herbal supplements is permitted.
International delivery times typically range between 10–21 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance procedures.

Important information:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees imposed by their country.

  • Once an order leaves the United States, tracking updates may vary depending on the destination carrier and local postal services.

  • Customs processing times differ by country and may extend beyond our estimated delivery window.

5. Potential Service Interruptions

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Severe weather or natural disasters

  • Carrier service disruptions (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL)

  • Customs inspections or local import regulations

  • High-demand periods or global supply chain issues

Terrancient Corp is not liable for delays caused by such factors but will assist you in tracking and resolving your shipment whenever possible.

6. Order Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
You can use this number to monitor your shipment directly through the carrier’s website.

If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@terrancient.com with your order number.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please notify us at info@terrancient.com within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.
We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier and, if applicable, arrange a replacement or refund according to our Refund Policy.

8. International Shipping Compliance Notice

While Terrancient Corp complies with all U.S. manufacturing and labeling requirements, import regulations vary by country.

By placing an international order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  1. It is your responsibility to verify that Karphenol is permitted for import into your country prior to purchase.

  2. Customs duties, taxes, or inspection delays are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  3. If your shipment is rejected, confiscated, or returned by customs authorities, Terrancient Corp cannot issue a refund until the product is returned to our facility in original condition.

  4. Terrancient Corp is not liable for customs-related delays, restrictions, or losses once the product leaves the United States.
